Yes, Hertz offers one-way rentals, giving you the flexibility to pick up your vehicle at one branch and drop it off at another.
What you need to know:
* Inter-branch fee (Intercity Fee): when you drop off the vehicle at a branch other than the one originally planned, an inter-branch fee may apply to cover logistics costs.
Yes, Hertz offers various types of child safety seats for rent, including baby seats, child seats and booster seats, so that families can travel in complete safety and comfort.
Renting a car seat from Hertz is simple and flexible:
* Book in advance: add a child seat to your booking when you reserve online or through the Hertz app.
* At pick-up: you can request a child seat at the branch counter if you did not book one in advance, subject to availability.
* Contact customer service: contact Hertz customer service before your trip to make sure a child seat will be available when you arrive.
Seat installation
Installing the car seat is the customer’s responsibility. Detailed instructions are provided in the seat’s manual to help you install it correctly.
To ensure a smooth pick-up, the booking must be made in the name of the main driver who will collect the vehicle.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the driver’s name on an existing booking. If someone else is going to drive the vehicle, we recommend that you cancel the current booking and make a new booking in their name.
At pick-up, the new driver will need to present their valid driver’s license and their bank card.
