Picking Up Your Car at the Airport or at a Branch

Whether you're flying in or setting off from home, you can pick up your car wherever suits you best.

At the airports

• Tunis-Carthage International Airport: Meet & Greet service, with someone waiting to welcome you at the terminal and a shuttle to take you to the branch, just 2 minutes away.
• Djerba-Zarzis International Airport
• Monastir International Airport
• Sfax International Airport

At the airport, enter your flight number when you book: if your flight is delayed, you get a 2-hour grace period.

At a branch

• Tunis central branch, in Charguia
• Sfax branch, downtown

Each branch's page lists its address, opening hours, phone number and the “from” price of every car.

How it works

1. Choose the location, dates and times on the website, then pick your car.
2. Add any extras you need (additional driver, child seat, GPS…).
3. On the day, bring your driver's license, your ID, the credit card for the deposit and your reservation number.

You can also return the car to a different location from where you picked it up: just uncheck “Same drop-off location” when you search. Inter-branch (one-way) fees may apply.
